Lead client-side developer for Sesh web and iOS apps, a music production marketplace app. Started with an iOS app which was halfway into development and launch product by September. I worked along with a backend engineer on the payment process for both clients and merchants, completed the booking process and booking calendar, along with cleaning up authentication flow, Apple push notifications, and in-app notifications, and many more. Web app was completed using the same backend.

Worked with team of four on a captive portal device prototyped on a Raspberry Pi and managed thru a web ui. Features I accomplished was building the subscription system using stripe, enhancing the analytics data load time for the manager ui, along with adding feature for the analytics page based on user feedback. In the three month sprint period team was able to deliver a more reliable product for initial entry into market.

Built for my client Art Design Office this is my most ambitious artist site which was built solely on react with all hand-coded components with django backend serve JSON. The aim was make an artist which could handle large res images while still maintain good page speed. This was accomplished with using image thumbnail library and serving only the specific images required. Along with using redux to cache images site wide so that back a forth navigation would reduce calls to the server.

For Art Design Office I initialize the django backend for their client Arcana an e-commerce artist book store. Created scripts to pull book inventory from FileMakerPro and map to postgres database, tied the database to the views created by a frontend dev. Other features built include the initial shopping cart and payment system using python satchless library.

Working with Art Design Office I contributed to these artist sites using django. Kim McCarty my first django project. Joseph Kohnke worked out a relationship with the Collection model, so that artist collections could be related as many levels deep as specified within the cms. Linda Stark and Karyn Lovegrove sites incorporate minimal and responsive design, which I value most in app design. For ParentPro (no longer live) I worked on the authentication and User model using angular.

My first dev job, started with team of three taking existing buggy code base and prepare it for launch.
